At Asra Bridal Studio, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care, time, and attention to detail. To maintain the integrity of our craftsmanship and ensure fairness, we follow the policy below:
Return & Exchange Window
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Store Credit & Refunds
- All approved returns are processed as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Cash refunds are not offered, unless:
- The product is faulty, or
- The product was incorrectly delivered.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges in cases of:
- Incorrect sizing
- Fit-related concerns
- Any other genuine product issue
- Exchanges are subject to product availability and quality checks.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns and exchanges are not applicable on:
- Discounted or Sale items
- Custom Size / Made-to-Measure orders
- Luxury Rush / Urgent orders
Important Notes
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Asra Bridal Studio reserves the right to approve or decline return/exchange requests after inspection.
